Outreach

Through its network of partnerships, the AeSSA supports a range of outreach and information sharing activities with learners and students locally and in southern Africa. These outreach activities aim to introduce young people to aerospace and aviation, through mentorship and exposure to role models and real-life experiences.

  • Learners

    Learners are encouraged to participate in a number of outreach activities which include Girls Fly Programme in Africa, Wonders of Aviation , and joining the AeroSTEM Club of the AeSSA as well as the Aeronautical Society.

  • Students

    Students are encouraged to participate in a number of outreach activities which include the annual AeSSA Aerospace Challenge, career days and participating in the University of Pretoria Community-Based Projects.
